José Antonio is a founding partner of Alaluz Capital and leads the development of investment projects and business expansion in Latin America.

He began his professional career in international private banking at Banco Santander. He was the bank’s representative in Latin America and later managed the bank’s clients from Switzerland.

He is a founding partner of the multifamily office Caudal Capital and Wealth Vision Financial Advisors.

José Antonio holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and is a certified investment advisor agent.

José Luis is a founding partner of Alaluz Capital and participates in the origination and development of the investment projects, from the initial stages to their management and investment.

Previously, he was Director of Wealth Management and Equities at Ahorro Corporación Gestión, managing equity funds and implementing a wealth management service for high-net-worth clients.

José Luis holds a degree in Law and Business Studies from ICADE and is CFA certified.

Enrique is a founding partner of Alaluz Capital, participating in the incorporation, development and execution of investment projects.

He began his professional career in the Fixed Income area of Ahorro Corporación Gestión, with responsibilities in corporate and structured debt. Subsequently, he was responsible for the management and selection of funds and alternative investments.

Enrique holds a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and is CAIA certified.

Founding partner of Alaluz Capital, Jesús is responsible for risk control.

Previously, he developed his professional activity in Ahorro Corporación Gestión, monitoring and controlling the settlement of financial operations, management of equity funds and as manager in charge of fixed income funds and fixed income portfolios of mixed and pension funds.

Jesús holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from ICADE.

José Luis has been an independent director of the Company since 2017.

He began his professional activity in the financial department of the AMBEV Group for two years. He then continued his career at Kraft Foods / Mondelez International, for nine years, in Financial Planning as director of the department, managing budgets of up to $1B. Since 2015 he has served as CFO of the Delgado & Cía Group and as CEO of InterJuris Acelera, since 2020. Throughout his career he has participated in the evaluation, advisory or development of more than 150 projects in different sectors.

José Luis holds a degree in Economics from UCAB and his degree was homologated in Spain by the Ministry of Education and Science. He also holds a specialization in International Finance from UNIMET and a Global Executive MBA from EAE Business School.

A renowned lawyer, Gabriela is a specialist in energy, natural resources and infrastructure projects and, for more than 30 years, has been actively involved in relevant projects in the oil, gas, energy and mining sectors.

Gabriela is Co-managing Partner of the law firm InterJuris; promoter, co-founder and partner of the InterJuris Foundation; and Partner of Delgado & CIA.

Gabriela holds a law degree cum laude from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, an LL.M. in Financial Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and an MBA from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), NYU Stern School of Business (NYU Stern) and HEC School of Management, Paris.

Alicia is responsible for the legal and compliance area.

Previously, she worked at Intertrust Group, Spain, participating in the complete process of setting up corporate structures from a legal point of view, providing management and administration services for international clients. She was also responsible for the analysis of clients and corporate structures in terms of anti-money laundering prevention.

Alicia holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Juan Antonio Vega Palacios

Juan Antonio has spent a large part of his professional career in the Ahorro Corporación Group, in the back office area, with responsibility for more than 250 investment funds and companies, with assets under management exceeding 14,000 million euros.

Since joining Alaluz Capital, he has been in charge of the investment vehicles administration department.

José Alejandro is a specialist in M&A, Energy and Natural Resources, and Project Finance. With more than 10 years of experience, actively participating in relevant projects in Europe and Latin America.

José Alejandro holds a law degree from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and the Universidad de Nebrija, a specialisation in Corporate Law from the Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET) and a degree from the International Hydrocarbon Business Management Programme of the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración.

Javier González Tovar

Senior investment manager

Javier has extensive experience in Latin American Investment Banking at JP Morgan Chase’s New York headquarters, and in Spain, in structured finance and M&A, at Crédit Agricole and IKB Bank, among other institutions. Subsequently, he directed his professional career in the world of search funds, where he led the creation of Vigía Capital, which successfully completed the purchase and management of a flexible packaging company in Spain.

Javier holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE and an MBA from The Wharton Business School.

Fernando has more than five years of experience in Private Equity and Corporate Finance. He has been actively involved in all stages of the investment process, assuming responsibilities in the search and analysis of opportunities, structuring and execution of transactions, as well as advising on M&A and Real Estate transactions.

Previously, he worked as an Analyst at Navega Capital, Investment Advisor at Allianz and Consultant at Constanza IP and Artabria Partners.

Fernando holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and is a Certified Financial Advisor.

Alejandro started his career in equity research and M&A at Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers. Subsequently, he was an investment manager in private equity funds (Mercapital and Norgestion) and as an operating partner of companies owned by funds. For 11 years he was a company manager where he was a build-up of industrial companies.

In recent years he has developed an important investment work for a Spanish family office with investments in residential and hotel real estate, in private equity funds, Venture Capital and Search funds and direct investments in startups and companies managed by searchers.

Alejandro holds a degree in Economics and Law from ICADE (E3) and an MBA with honours from Harvard Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is chair of the Nominations Committee and the Alternative Assets Committee of CFA Spain.

Mario Prieto

Mario started his career in the tax department of Baker & McKenzie. He was subsequently an investment analyst at BNP Paribas Real Estate in the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets department and at Colliers International after the takeover of IREA Corporate Finance in the Capital Markets department. In recent years he co-founded and was the CEO of LBS Capital, a real estate investment fund with Middle East capital focused on investments in Spain.

Mario holds a law degree from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid.
